The focus of sessions is on providing you with the guidance to fulfill whatever goals you may have and ensuring that your ability to perform everyday tasks is enhanced. Sessions can be enjoyed in a personal training studio, at your home or outside in the sun!

My area of expertise is corrective exercise which can help prevent injury and also help get you back into an acitve lifestyle by gradually and safely increasing your capacity to train. If you're interested in improving your health, posture or even simply doing a little more exercise, I can tailor the sessions to meet your desired outcome!
