Private personal training

Personal Training sessions in my Wimbledon based Studio with me are always enjoyable but also very challenging.   I bring a friendly and skilled approach to fitness training and use regular fitness checks, nutritional planning and periodised fitness programmes to achieve fitness, weight loss or performance goals.

Single personal training session

Monday - 10am, 5:30pm, 7pm Tuesday - 5:30pm Wednesday - 5:30pm, 7:30pm Thursday - 7:30pm

1 hour for 1 person

£50.00
